So any fat loss attempts will be met with even more resistance slowing down or even stopping you reaching your desired result.

This is a very simple description of the process but it does show you how important the link is between emotional health which is a part of lifestyle and fat loss.

As an example, a lack of enjoyment at work can create a multitude of negative emotions.

And I am in no way shape or form going to suggest you down tools and walk out right now.

Instead you should be wary of the mental/emotional effect your work is having on your lifestyle.
