Freedom in life comes in many forms. This program is designed to do give you the physical freedom you desire which will ultimately result in better health, wellness and wellbeing. It will also drive your mental energy to higher levels to.

What’s it involve

A minimum 16 week commitment of 2 times a week will enable you to get the restriction removal process off and running. Creating a specific outcome for you personally is created and then you are guided towards the achievement of this goal. This is achieved through the support of your very own health creation team who will be with you all the way.

Committing to this program will be one of the biggest investments in yourself you have ever made. It then becomes our mission to make that investment the most rewarding and successful investment you have ever made and will keep repaying you for the rest of your life.

You can come any time on the designated SPRR Program session times so you aren’t locked in to a specific time or day. Everyone is busy and missing sessions need not be a worry anymore as you can vary your sessions every week if need be.

What do I get? You can get added sessions as a bonus for joining as a Gold member

As a reward for being a gold member you are now entitled to an extra outdoor M&M Session or a Women’s Only Fitcamp session on the day that suits. This will give you more variation to your routine without having to lock in to specific session times or days.

For the individual who wants to do extra we want to encourage them by giving them a free session a week.
