Achieving harmony in your life requires effort. If that scares you, stop and ponder this; how much effort is life demanding of you now?

I can guarantee if you are reading this there is a fair chance you are wanting more from your life. The reality is that extra you are wanting in your life is already there you just don’t know how to access it yet.

Why is it also that the high achievers you know or are aware of get so much more done in their life when you are so busy; and the thought of fitting more into your life is out of the question – there’s just no more time and if there was you wouldn’t have the energy to do more anyway.

It’s because you don’t have a plan and a set of principles or guidelines that you live your life by. Until you learn this and implement it into your own life your situation will never improve.
