Situated in Perth in sunny Western Australia, David is the proud father of 3 beautiful children and happily married. In May 2000 a diagnosis of Leukaemia turned David’s world upside down. Going from a fit, active and supposably healthy person that was a member of the Western Warriors cricket squad, this turned out to be a pivotal point in his life, as it forced him to take stock and look at his own values and lifestyle, making him realise his passion was in assisting others to grow and develop. This is when he made the decision to get into providing assistance to individuals and groups to realise how realistic achieving your dreams can be when mental, emotional and physical restrictions are removed from their lives.

He now runs his own health creation and performance enhancement company called Lifestyle Improvers where he specialises in assisting and teaching others to build mental resilience and lead a more engaged and directed life.

Through his experiences with a life threatening illness he has created a business and a master message based on the tactics utilised to fight cancer. His business has now evolved from himself, a Master Trainer, training clients in his garage gym into a range of training options indoors in his own training studio and outdoors, lifestyle and wellness coaching, and a range of information products to assist anyone looking to improve their lifestyle. His business Lifestyle Improvers also employs trainers and staff now to assist in the day to day operation of the business.
