About David Virgo and Lifestyle Improvers

David Virgo is currently running his own Lifestyle Improvement business in the northern Perth suburb of Morley.

Originally David was raised in the Upper Great Southern region of Western Australia in a town called Narrogin.

Growing up involved sports of all kinds.

Cricket bought David to Perth once his school had finished where he played for the Mt Lawley District Cricket Club. Among his achievements was a four year stint in the Western Warriors cricket squad.

David unfortunately in the year 2000 was diagnosed with Leukaemia and undertook an 18 month regime of chemotherapy.

From the moment David was fit enough to get up and going his life changed dramatically and from his own admission for the better.

He is now director of Lifestyle Improvers a unique little Lifestyle, Health and Fitness training organisation. Unique in the way it delivers good old fashion caring service to all of its clients.

David is a Certified Master Trainer and is registered with Fitness Australia as a Fitness Professional.To increase his knowledge as a Master Trainer David has studied with The Australian Graduate School of Health and Science. He has been awarded a "Better Backs" Certification, a Level 1 Mediball Certification and also a Level 2 Corrective Exercise Certification.

David is also an accredited "Boxing for Fitness" instructor gained through Thump Boxing.

David has until recently held head coaching and director of coaching positions with the Mt Lawley Cricket Club until deciding to put all of his efforts into his own business and his family.

He now has three children named Sabina, Tyrone and Daniella with his wife Adriana. This is his biggest achievement to date as he was told during his treatment he would probably never father children.

From the miracle of being presented his wonderful family David has a new unleashed passion to assist every individual possible with their lifestyle improvements as long as they are willing to do their part and help themselves.
