Mix and Match Fitcamps (M&M)
Balance is vital in every part of your life, it is an um=unbreakable
law and if you don’t adhere to it nature will bring you back to it
somehow.
This is why the Mix & Match Fitcamps have been created. To
cater for the majority of the population that work indoors, sit for
long periods of time and need to get outdoors and blow off some steam
and move that body as it is meant to be.
You have heard the term use it or lose it – this is where the Mix
& Match program helps you move and gain full functionality
again.
What will this program do for me?

Will I get any assistance with my technique?
Although this is a group program we take pride that all participants
are monitored to ensure techniques are correct in all activities. This
also allows the maximum benefit to be gained from the sessions as only
functional movements are performed to ensure movements are trained and
not individual muscles. To do this, the exercises for this camp entail
learning to move the body in functional patterns which incorporate
strength, balance and core stabilisation.
Functional strength training should be thought of in terms of a
movements not muscles. The human body performs a wide range of movement
activities, such as walking, jogging, running, sprinting, jumping,
lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, turning, standing,
starting, stopping, climbing and lunging. All of these actions will be
included at some stage over the duration of the 12 week period.
This is how your body should function so it needs to be trained as
such. This type of training will best prepare you for whatever life
dishes up to you on a daily basis.

Important FItcamp details
LOCATION - Camps will take place at The Morley Primary School on Wellington Street in Morley. Parking on Vera Street or at The Morley Recreation Centre directly opposite the oval. More directions will be issued upon signing to attend.
TIMES - Camps will commence at 8.30am on Saturday mornings and 5.30pm on Tuesday afternoons and will last for approximately 45 minutes in duration.
DATES - The next Camp will be commencing on Saturday 16th @ 8.30am. for 12 weeks.
DAYS - The Camp days are Tuesdays and Saturdays for 12 weeks.
COST - This investment in your health will be $312 for a 12 week program if paying in full or else $15.00 per session
